Potholing for utilities is a critical part of locating existing utilities prior to excavation. After reviewing plans with approximate utility locations in roadways, we will break out a small section of asphalt down to the existing pipe to inspect. We will repeat this procedure in various locations to determine pipe elevation throughout the area of work.
