Asphalt Care: Sealcoating

Cars and pedestrian traffic must be kept off of the newly sealed surface for at least three (3) days after completion of the job to allow for proper drying and to prevent tracking into adjoining areas. Rainy days cause the product to take even longer to cure.

Please remember to turn off any sprinkler systems and advise your lawn service to stay off the areas for three (3) days.
